At Velo Orange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear and components. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location, or use your own preferred shipping method with tracking.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
